1. Shower Steamers

Individually packaged shower steamers are great because you can grab a few to add to a care package. There are several different scents that can add an aromatherapy experience to the shower and elevate something that is a part of your daily routine.

2. Aromatherapy Lotion

Aromatherapy lotion is another way to infuse relaxation into the day-to-day. One of my favorites is this line from Bath and Body Works.

3. Snacks

You can never have too many snacks in grad school! Whether it be classes, long study sessions, or back-to-back meetings, it is important to have snacks with you to maintain your energy.

4. Motivational Book

Including a motivational book (or gifting a few audible credits for motivational books), can be an uplifting add to a grad school care package. Some of my favorites are: Atomic Habits, Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff, and The Upside of Stress.
